anybody ever seen how good they work?my anchors don't seem to cut it in the ct river...

I used to use a drift sock fairly often to control trolling speed, bow direction, etc. on a 20 ft. center consol in the Ches. Bay and open water. I want to get a small one for my boat, but it was on the nice to have v. need to have list. I would certainly want to have one in the arsenal.
